1)subjective symptom 2)relationship 3)objective sign.

Title: The validity of the persian version specific questionnaire to assess quality of life in Alopecia Areata patients (AA-QL)
Abstract:
The aim of this study was to determine the reliability of the Persian version of the Quality of Life Quality Assessment Questionnaire (AA-QLI).
Materials and methods
After diagnosis by a dermatologist, the design was explained to patients, and patient entered to our study. Patients were asked to answer a questionnaire on quality of life questionnaire in AA-QLI patients and a questionnaire. The quality of life of the DLQI was used. The AA-QLI questionnaire for the first time in Iran was translated by forward-backward translation method by two fluent English speakers who were blind, and after validation and reliability, they would be used at the academic center of the Razi Skin Specialist Hospital .The AA-QLI questionnaire has  2 sections. In the first section, questions about sex, age, educational level, age of onset of the disease, the time of the last relapse, the extent of the scalp involvement, the duration of the disease, the anatomical location of the disease, the type of disease, the nail involvement, the time between the incidence of lesions and the onset of treatment with diphencypron Smoking, and history of previous illness were questioned. The second part has 21 questions that measure alopecia effects on a person. Patients answered questions based on the effect that illness had on the person last month. These questions are divided into three parts: 1) subjective symptom 2) relationship 3) objective sign
The patient will answer each question as 1 (no matter) to 4 (fully involved), and a total score of between 21-84. A higher score marks a further disorder in quality of life.

The DLQI questionnaire has been used to assess the quality of life of the skin in the past, and has 10 questions that measure 3 domains of subjective symptoms, relationship, and objective sign in daily life and the patient responds to the questions given the impact of the illness in a recent week.corrolatin between 2 questionnaires is evaluated.
Results
The results showed that the test had an appropriate validity (p <0.001), R = 0.76, reliability (p <0.001) and internal stability (R = 0.89) and (alpha = 0.91) respectively.
Conclusion
Based on the present study, the quality of life of these patients needs to be considered. Psychological evaluation of patients is one of the important suggestions in this study.
