آقاي دكتر بهروز نيكبين مقدم در سال 1319 در شهرستان سرخس متولد شد. ايشان تحصيلات ابتدايي را در دبستان بهرامي شهر سرخس در سال 1326 و تحصيلات متوسطه را در دبيرستان فردوسي شهر مشهد آغاز نمود و در سال 1338 موفق به اخذ مدرك ديپلم گرديد. تحصيلات عالي خود را در سال 1339 در رشته پزشكي دانشكدة پزشكي دانشگاه بروكسل بلژيك آغاز كرد و در سال 1348 فارغالتحصيل شد. وي در سال 1353 موفق به اخذ درجة تخصصي در رشتة ايمونولوژي از دانشكدة پزشكي دانشگاه تهران گرديد. سپس تحصيلات فوقتخصصي خود را در رشتة ايمونولوژي پيوندي (سازمان بهداشت جهاني) دانشگاه لندن در سال 1355 به پايان رساند. ايشان اكنون به عنوان عضو هيئت علمي و استاد گروه ايمونولوژي در دانشكده پزشكي دانشگاه تهران مشغول به كار ميباشند.
